Conducted interactive sessions to build awareness on prevention of sexual harassment, rights, and responsible conduct in academic environments.
We conducted POSH sensitization sessions for students with the objective of building early awareness around respectful conduct, gender sensitivity, and legal rights.
Recognizing that students are future professionals, the sessions were designed to bridge the gap between academic environments and workplace expectations. The content was simplified, relatable, and interactive.
Key Highlights of the Sessions
- Introduction to the concept of sexual harassment and its forms
- Awareness of legal provisions under the POSH framework
- Discussion on consent, boundaries, and respectful behaviour
- Real-life examples and open discussions
- Encouraging a culture of accountability and awareness
The sessions created meaningful engagement and awareness among students, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to identify and address inappropriate behaviour, both in academic and future professional settings.
